Returns and Exchanges

 

Returns

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. 

  • Returned merchandise must be unworn and with its original tags attached or in its original box (with original packaging).  
  • ITEMS PURCHASED AT 30% OFF OR MORE ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS
  • Returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving your package.
  • Items returned to us that do not comply may be denied a refund at the discretion of Snowpack
  • Items purchased online for in store pick up can be returned for refund for a maximum of 14 days after purchase.  After 14 days items can be returned for store credit within purchasing season.

Exchanges

If you would like another size or color, please return the original item as described under the return rules and procedures, then simply place a new order for the item you want. Our system is designed so that once a return is received in store an automatic refund will be issued on approved returned items only.

Procedure

  1. Email us at shop@snowpack.ca
  2. Include the original receipt and tags in the package
  3. Carefully package items to ship in new condition back to Snowpack with all original packaging
  4. Returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the item.

 

Refunds will not be issued for items returned outside of our return guidelines.  A 20% restocking fee may occur under circumstances where all the guidelines have not been met. Shipping charges are not refundable.
